Methodology
- Pricing source: provider websites verified 2026-05-26. Where pricing tiers exist, lowest publicly-available plan tier shown.
- Flat-rate determination: a plan is "flat-rate" only if the monthly cost is the same at the 0.25 mg starter dose and the 2.4 mg maintenance dose (semaglutide), or equivalently across the 2.5–15 mg tirzepatide titration.
- Inclusion criteria: any U.S.-licensed telehealth provider with a publicly-priced compounded GLP-1 program operating in 5+ states as of 2026-05-26.
- Exclusions: per-visit marketplace platforms without published medication pricing; in-person-only clinics without telehealth coverage.
- Update cadence: monthly. Last update 2026-05-26.
