Compounded GLP-1 medications

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide referenced on this site are NOT FDA-approved. They are NOT the same as brand-name FDA-approved Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. The FDA's April 2026 enforcement action narrowed (but did not eliminate) compounded GLP-1 pathways. Compounded medications dispensed by licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies under valid prescriptions remain available.

Peptide therapy

Most peptides referenced on this site (BPC-157, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu, TB-500, PT-141 for off-label use, NAD+, etc.) are not FDA-approved. They are compounded under prescription by licensed pharmacies and used off-label under physician oversight. Use any peptide therapy only under licensed physician supervision.

Boxed warnings

Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry boxed warnings for risk of thyroid C-cell tumors (rodent finding; not observed in human cohorts). Contraindicated in patients with personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), MEN 2 syndrome, or pregnancy/breastfeeding. Always discuss contraindications with your physician.

No physician-patient relationship
