Editorial Standards
RxCompareHub editorial standards: ranking integrity policy, source hierarchy (Tier 1 peer-reviewed/FDA, Tier 2 state pharmacy boards/LegitScript/BBB, Tier 3 editorial test orders), corrections process, and the v3.0 six-pillar transparency rubric.
Ranking integrity policy
Every provider in our 2026 editorial directory is scored on the v3.0 six-pillar transparency rubric. Scoring is determined before any affiliate or commercial relationship is negotiated. We do not adjust scores in response to provider requests, pressure, or compensation.
Source hierarchy
- Tier 1 — Primary sources: peer-reviewed clinical trials (STEP, SURMOUNT, SELECT, SUSTAIN, FLOW, RECONNECT, REDEFINE), FDA databases (drug labels, enforcement actions, advisories), DailyMed, manufacturer SEC filings.
- Tier 2 — Verification sources: state pharmacy boards, LegitScript merchant verification, Better Business Bureau profiles, NABP accreditation, Trustpilot review volume.
- Tier 3 — Editorial signal: editorial test orders (Editor or Lead Researcher places a sample order to verify intake-to-shipment claims), verified patient signal via Trustpilot and Google Business Profile, named industry sources.
Tier 1 sources take precedence. Tier 3 signals never override Tier 1 sources.
Corrections process
If a fact on RxCompareHub is wrong, email rxcomparehub@gmail.com with the URL, the contested fact, and the supporting source. Our Editor will respond within 72 hours. Warranted corrections are published within 7 days with a public correction notice on the affected page and on the Corrections page.
Editorial independence
No provider has editorial review or pre-publication approval over RxCompareHub content. Affiliate relationships are disclosed; rankings precede them.
